This is a hugely exciting opportunity for a proven commercial drinks industry leader, with a sound knowledge of the Independent Wholesale channel, to make their mark and drive the organisation to further growth.
This person will report directly to the Chair and the Board of Directors. You will assist in setting and then the execution of smart growth business strategies.
You will lead an operational team across sales, member marketing, customer service, supply chain and finance. You will report to the Board and be responsible for all operations across NSW & QLD. You will drive the strategic direction for continued growth of this member led organisation.
To be successful in this role ideally you will have several years of experience as a leader in Liquor wholesale, retail or the supplier side of the Drinks industry. Ideally you will understand the dynamics of the liquor industry and the strategic growth opportunities. You will have a passion to see the success of the National Independent Channel.
You will have a track record in leading teams and being accountable for a P&L, budgets and board reporting. This is a rare opportunity to drive a successful Australian organisation to new levels of growth and achievement.
