Japanese Whisky Tokinoka from the White Oak Distillery is back in Australia and is now available through Cerbaco.

With the rise in popularity of Japanese whisky continuing, especially after Jim Murray's Whisky Bible awarded the Yamazaki Sherry Cask 2013 the accolade of 'World Whisky of the Year' in 2015.

Cerbaco now has the Tokinoka Blended Whisky available, which is 25 per cent grain whisky and 75 per cent single malt. Described as being a true expression of the Japanese blended skills of accuracy and balance of flavours and delicate texture, the whisky comes in 500ml bottles and is 40 per cent ABV.

Initially soft but then spicy the balanced whisky has a long cream, vanilla and oak finish. Tokinoka, which means 'fragrance of time' in Japanese is available now through Cerbaco.
