Job Description

As part of our young & dynamic team, we are looking for a talented Marketing Executive to work with the marketing team, developing & executing a diverse range of marketing campaigns across a number of brands.

Intuitive & curious, we’re looking for someone to work collaboratively with the team, to ensure national campaigns & new product launches, are fully integrated across social channels to drive awareness & engagement with our target audiences.

Developing and executing events and consumer experiences designed to create intrigue, raise awareness, and immerse our consumers in our brands.


Key Responsibilities.

Based at our offices in Manly, you will report to the Marketing Manager and your responsibilities will include:

Supporting the marketing team and working with all partner agencies, across social media, PR, media & sales to maximise the reach and impact of each campaign and product launch.

Developing & implementing social & digital initiatives that drive new fan acquisition and ongoing fan engagement in line with business objectives.

Working with the marketing team to create, curate and execute consumer experiences & trade events including logistics, infrastructure, stock management, promotions staff, branding & event collateral.

Providing comprehensive cost analysis & budget management of marketing activities & events, including pre/during/post activity reports.

To be successful in this role you will;

Have a min of 2 years experience working in a marketing role or similar experience/qualification.

Possess a natural curiosity & have a hands-on, flexible & passionate approach to business demands, with a willingness to learn & develop as the business grows.

Have excellent communication skills & the ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the business including our partners, agencies & suppliers.

Have high-level organisational and project management skills, be commercially aware and able to take projects from concept to delivery.

Have exceptional attention to detail, even when working across multiple campaigns.

Experience managing events preferred but not essential.

Due to the nature of the role, it is preferred that you will have the ability & means to travel on a flexible schedule as needed.
