Sydney pub group Thomas Hotels is celebrating the 150th birthday of Sydney pub, Coach and Horses in Randwick.

The historic hotel was last purchased by George Thomas in 1990, and licensee Martin Guest says it has continuously strived to improve the premises and meet the demands of the local community.

“The team are excited to offer a venue which embraces its heritage, but also one that is most definitely in touch with the needs of today’s patron.”

“The venue reaching this milestone is a testament to great staff and patrons of many years.”

Located just a stone’s throw away from the Royal Randwick Racecourse, the pub has been a popular watering hole with Sydney locals for decades.

The Coach and Horses Hotel is marking the milestone with a week-long celebration, which includes daily giveaways such as NRL Grand Final tickets, hampers, vouchers and a cruise to Fiji.
