The small bar sensation sweeping Sydney has made its way to Crows Nest, with the launch of new cocktail bar The Foxtrot last Friday (July 1).
The owners, Dylan Eisenhut and Colin Benge, share almost 20 years experience in the hospitality industry, and have already successfully opened another bar, The Pony Room, in Manly last year.
“We had quite a few business propositions after Pony opened, but nothing felt right,” Eisenhut says.
“As soon as we saw this place, we fell in love with it. It’s such a unique building and Crows Nest is a great community, I think they’re ready for a fresh influence in town.”
Located behind a secretive white arch door, The Foxtrot features several rooms each with a different design theme, with a gourmet menu to compliment a list of cocktails made from handcrafted ingredients.
