Leading international wines from houses like: Chapoutier, Pio Cesare, Louis Latour and Giessen will also be available throughout the three day event.

The SBS Food Journey Festival launches the Melbourne Food and Wine Festival with more than 100 food and wine exhibitors, celebrity chefs leading the way with cooking demonstrations and showcasing the latest cooking tools and equipment.

Wine educator Andrew Caillard MW will be presenting master classes showing the finest wines from Europe’s most famous wine regions.
There will be three master classes each day showcasing the wines of Bordeaux, Burgundy and Italy.

“The Wines of the World Expo showcases a wonderful array of exclusive imported wines from all corners of the earth," he said.

"Our aim is to build up an unrivalled portfolio of great value or definitive wines that capture an essence or voice of place.

"Whether it is a grand cru Bordeaux, a Langton's classified Australian Shiraz, a Rheingau Riesling, a Chilean Carmenere or an inexpensive garnacha from Spain, we always consider value, uniqueness, quality and freshness.

"I think Dan Murphy's customers will be amazed by this vast selection of great wines.”
