The Australasian Gaming Expo (AGE) returns to the Sydney Exhibition Centre at Glebe Island this year, and will be held from Tuesday 9 to Thursday 11 August.

With the capacity for over 200 exhibitors covering 17,000 sqm of space, the AGE is the largest gaming event in Australia, and one of the largest in the world. The expo showcases gaming companies and related equipment and services.

Early indications suggest that AGE 2016 is on track to be at full capacity as it was last year, when there was a 16.5% increase in visitors. Several improvements have been made for this year’s expo by the event’s organiser and owner, the Gaming Technologies Association, including a 9% increase in floor space, the inclusion of a visitor’s lounge and an exhibitor’s sales area to preview AGE 2017.

Many of the popular aspects of last year’s expo will also return, including a complementary ferry service, and a surprise trip for two to Las Vegas, to be won each day of the expo.
