Renowned on-premise venue designer, Paul Kelly, hosted the latest episode of local drinks industry chat show, The Intervention, released online this week.
The fourth episode of The Intervention takes a look at the topic of design, featuring interviews with Daila Crisante discussing SkyFlo digital pourers, and Heavy Water’s Peter Pawlak chatting about the design elements of his premium vodka brand.
The show also features Elena King from the London MGT Group and Gardel’s Bar, and Sipsmith Gin’s Jay Gray who shows off his accurate free pouring skills.
Drinks By Design’s Nathan ‘AJ’ Alan Jones also pops up on the show mixing up a Heavy Water vodka cocktail, while SouthTrade International’s Gee David, The Hazy Rose’s Brendan Keown and York Trading & Co.’s Natalie Ng talk about some of their favourite cocktails.
