Diageo Australia has been ranked fourth on the Business Review Weekly ‘Great Places To Work’ list.
Diageo’s colourful Bondi Junction office and flexible working hours are examples of why the company performed so well on the list.
Its 553 employees have the option to work an extra half-hour Monday to Thursday and leave at 3:00pm on Friday during the summer months.
In addition, massages and boxes of Krispy Kreme doughnuts are offered as rewards, and the office’s fully serviced bars are open from 5:00pm Wednesday to Friday.
Google Australia came in at number one followed by NetApp Australia, with Russell Investments rounding out the top three.
