One of Sydney's most creative and experimental brewers is preparing to make its debut in packaged format later this year.

Doctor's Orders Brewing will launch its annual seasonal Prescription 12 Belgian Black IPA this coming spring in eye-catching bottles created by Matt Burns Design (photos by Bryn Price of Blue Doors Studio).

The bottled release will follow a one-off draught collaboration by Doctor's Orders with leading US craft brewery Sixpoint, Operation Paralysis, which was released onto the market this month.

"Operation Paralysis is a QuadIPA. A very, very, very big IPA – 10 per cent ABV with insane hops," founder Darren 'Doc' Robinson told TheShout.

Also currently on the market on draught is another of Doctor's Orders' annual releases, the Plasma White IPA.

All beers are available nationally through ExperienceIT Beverages.
