Planning is well underway for the 17th annual Australian Liquor Stores Association (ALSA) conference, taking place on the Gold Coast from Sunday 22nd to Thursday 26th August.

Following a highly successful 2009 conference, early bird registrations for this year’s conference are already 40 percent higher in comparison to last year.

Delegates who register before the ‘Super Early Bird’ registration deadline closes on Monday February 1 are eligible to receive a $200 discount off their registration fee, and go into the draw to win an indulgence package valued at over $1000 at the Sheraton Mirage Resort and Spa, which will once again play host to the liquor industry’s benchmark conference.

Delegates will spend three days attending informative business sessions, including the ALSA Hypothetical featuring a panel of key industry figures, Peter Switzer’s economic report, the latest Nielsen trends and a session hosted by sporting great, Max Walker.

There will also be plenty of opportunity to network with fellow retailers and suppliers at cocktail events, the gala dinner and the ALSA Expo.
