Entries for the seventh-annual Australian Distilled Spirits Awards (ADSA) will close this Friday (13 August).
ADSA — conducted by the Royal Agricultural Society of Victoria — is Australia’s first and largest national spirits competition highlighting the innovation and excellence of Australian-manufactured spirits, liqueurs, aromatics and vermouths.
With judging just around the corner , this week is your last opportunity to enter the competition – and potentially claim the title of Champion Australian Distiller.
The 2021 ADSA Entry Booklet details the categories, classes and entry eligibility criteria, including the new gin trophies, cane spirits category and all new vermouth trophy.
Samples are due in Melbourne in the week commencing Monday 23 August, with judging slated for Monday 13 – Wednesday 15 September. Details regarding the Awards Presentation are still to be announced.
