If you’re a pub, bar or restaurant, simply submit your best dude food recipe using Speedibake baked goods and you will go in the running to win a money-can’t-buy business and menu audit by Tip Top Foodservice innovation chef, Tom Allen. 

Allen works with some of the biggest and best in the food business to help shape their menus and educate their foodservice teams around the latest international food trends and how they can best create food that attracts customers and improves a foodservice business’ bottom line. 

Whether it’s a recipe for a meatball sub, triple cheese toastie, pulled pork and slaw sliders or the ultimate chilli dog, all are welcome and could give you the opportunity to work with Allen on suggestions for new menus and food offerings, an audit of the current customer base and an analysis of food trends.
