NSW hotels will enjoy extended trading hours across five Sundays this year to allow punters to watch major sporting events.
Hotels were allowed to trade from 10am to midnight yesterday (February 11), marking the first of the longer trading conditions and catering for those watching the Twenty20 International Cricket between Australia and South Africa.
The next Sunday is the Australian Open Tennis Men’s Final on February 1, with the following Sunday catering for the Commonwealth Bank Cricket Series between Australia and New Zealand.
The two nations will again face off on Sunday, February 15, in the KFC Twenty20, while October 4 will allow Rugby League fans to watch the Grand Final.
