Visitors to this year's Taste of Sydney Festival will experience world class cocktails courtesy of Ketel One vodka and the world's best new cocktail bar, Eau-de-Vie.

The Ketel One Presents Eau-de-Vie exhibit consists of a boutique-sized version of the cocktail bar complete with replica décor. It will be manned by Eau-de-Vie's award-winning bar team lead by Luke Redington.

The bar will showcase a selection of signature cocktails including The Mesha, which was Eau-de-Vie's number one selling cocktail last year.

Accompanying the Eau-de-Vie team will be Ketel One's National Brand Ambassador, David Beatty, who was recently appointed to the position and will be spearheading the national roll-out of the Ketel One Fraternity.

The Ketel One Fraternity was launched in Melbourne in late 2010 as a platform for bartenders to connect and exchange ideas while attending unique educational events.

"Everything we do centres around craftsmanship. We look for people that have a craft and get them to tell bartenders about it in a fun and unique way," Beatty said.

Taste of Sydney runs from March 8 till March 11.
