Fever-Tree, the award-winning premium mixer brand, is set to launch their biggest ever campaign in Australia, converting bars & pubs into a gin-lovers haven.
With gin consumption up 25 per cent in Australia in the past year, consumers want to discover gin, and G&Ts are the perfect drink to showcase the spirit thanks to a vast range of gins and quality tonic flavours from Fever-Tree.
A premium G&T can be more profitable than craft beer or a glass of wine and the Tonic & Gin Garden activity is designed to harness consumer interest and increase sales of both the profitable gin category and overall G&T sales (by up to 60 per cent based on participating venues in the UK campaign) thereby increasing profits over the summer months.
Fever-Tree is calling for expressions of interest from venues around Australia wishing to participate in the activation by becoming an official Fever-Tree Tonic and Gin Garden venue.
Venues participating in the activation will benefit from access to a range of high-end POS including serveware, visibility items and custom ‘Tonic & Gin’ menus and social media assets.
An online trade platform will support the entire campaign, providing insider hints and tips from a range of experts, including information on how to create the perfect summer drinks menu, how to make the most of your pub garden space, as well as how to use and maximise social media. A consumer-friendly online map will also be launched alongside the campaign and hosted on the Fever-Tree website featuring an interactive map meaning consumers will be able to discover their best local Fever-Tree G&T Pub Garden and various satellite events such as food pairing dinners and gin masterclasses, which will be further amplified through a PR and social media campaign.
Tonic & Gin Garden activations will give consumers the choice to match their favourite gins with Fever-Tree’s variety of tonics and explore endless possibilities with their G&T, appealing to their inquisitive nature to taste and discover.
