MELBOURNE, AUGUST 9, 2019 – JLL Hotels & Hospitality Group has been appointed to sell The Portside Tavern located in the South Australian coastal township of Port Pirie.
Located just 2.5 hours from Adelaide’s CBD, The Portside Tavern has enjoyed a recent refurbishment, providing local patrons and tourists alike with multiple trading zones in a warm ‘family’ atmosphere.
The campaign will be managed by JLL Vice President – Investment Sales, Will Connolly, and will be offered to the market as a freehold going concern by private treaty.
The extremely well-presented hotel sits on a large 1,216sqm site in the heart of town and features an extensively upgraded bistro operating under a ‘Caffe Primo’ franchise, a large lounge room & bar, gaming room with 32 gaming machines (approval for 40), first floor nightclub and manager’s residence, and a late 2:00am trading licence.
