In a move designed to lend exclusivity to a wine ideally suited to meal matching, WA’s oldest cool climate vineyard has released a purely on-premise line for hotels.

Tim Veale, sales and marketing manager, says the range is perfectly suited to on-premise, as "the structure and palate length of our wines lends them well to food wine matching.”

Established in 1965, Forest Hill Winery produces exceptional cool climate fruit for use in the range, which includes a Sauvignon Blanc, Sauvignon Blanc Semillon, Chardonnay, Shiraz and Cabernet Merlot.

Farmed for apples, dairy, grain, sheep and wool since the 1840s, the vineyard was purchased 12 years ago by Tim Lyons.
