The Foster’s Group will tomorrow (Oct 21) announce the launch of a new brewing company – the Great Northern Brewery Company – and extensions to its popular Carlton and Pure Blonde brands.

The beer giant will hold a two-day briefing over Thursday and Friday this week which analysts expect will reveal a roadmap for the future of it beer and wine business.

Against a backdrop of falling beer sales, Foster’s will launch three new products: Carlton Dry Fusion Black, Pure Blonde White and a new beer under the Great Northern Brewery Company brand, which will be positioned to challenge XXXX Gold’s monopoly of the Queensland market.

Carlton Dry Fusion Black is believed to be a 4.2 percent ABV beer blended with citrus, spice and lemon juice while Pure Blonde White is a Belgian-style wheat lager.
