The Foster's Group has completed the dispatch to shareholders of a demerger booklet relating to the demerger of Treasury Wine Estates and released further information relating to the split.

The Foster's board unanimously recommends that Foster's shareholders vote in favour of the resolutions to approve the demerger at the Scheme Meeting and the General Meeting.

The Scheme Meeting and the General Meeting will be held at Melbourne Recital Centre, 31 Sturt St, Southbank, Victoria 3006 on Friday, April 29 2011, commencing at 9am (Melbourne time).

The General Meeting will commence at the later time of 9.15am (Melbourne time) or at the conclusion of the Scheme Meeting.

The Demerger Booklet, Scheme Meeting Proxy Form, General Meeting Proxy Form and Sale Facility Form are all available through the company’s website.

Foster's has also established the Foster's Shareholder Information Line to answer questions shareholders may have in relation to the Demerger.
