Paramount Liquor held Future Proof Melbourne earlier this week, bringing together over 500 guests who enjoyed three high-quality panel discussions, hosted by Jane Ryan as well as a range of new products and cocktails.
People travelled from Geelong and the Mornington Peninsula and interstate to experience Future Proof Melbourne, which has held at The Timber Yard in Port Melbourne.

The first of the evenings panel discussions saw Ryan speak with Daisy Tulley, General Manager of the Mucho Group and David Vitale, Founder of Starward Whisky as they shared practical advice on how to develop branding and marketing to create innovative hospitality experiences.
Next up multi award winning bartender Millie Tang from The Gresham, Sarah Proietti, Maybe Sammy Venue Manager and Head of People & Culture at the Sammy Group and Karl Schlothauer CEO at House of Pocket & VP at YCK Laneways, explored building a successful hospitality career, covering leadership strategies, wellbeing initiatives, and career progression insights.
The final panel of the evening was titled Future Proof Melbourne, and saw Hatem Saleh the Founder & Managing Director of the Atlantic Group, Matthew Stirling the owner of award-winning bar Caretaker’s Cottage and respected food communicator Dani Valent deep dive into the emerging trends, challenges and innovations shaping Melbourne’s hospitality industry, and importantly strategies to thrive into the future.
