The Burleigh Brewing Company, brewers of the Duke range of beers, has launched the first of their limited release series.

The new German wheat beer Burleigh Hefeweizen, is the first of the Duke range to be distributed nationally from Queensland’s only regional production brewery.

Burleigh Brewing Company CEO, Peta Fielding, said the brewery had succumbed to requests to distribute outside of ‘Duke Land’.

“In the interests of national piece, we have decided to give the rest of Australia a slight taste of what Duke Landers get to enjoy on a daily basis,” he said.

The Burleigh Hefeweizen boasts a fine balance of banana and clove aromas, rich flavours, a bright, white head and a smooth, creamy texture.

All Burleigh beers are brewed without sugar, preservatives or additives.
