Following on from the recent success of Salon de Martini, Grey Goose Vodka has teamed up with Vine restaurant in Sydney’s Double Bay to create a French-themed summer pop-up bar.

The Salon at Vine will run until 31 January and features a “contemporary French-inspired canapé menu” paired with five Grey Goose cocktails – all inspired by Vine executive chef Drew Bolton’s recent sabbatical at Paul Bocuse & Epicure in France.

“Designing a menu to pair with a spirit like Grey Goose has been a lot of fun,” he says. “The vodka is renowned for its smooth, sweet and almost buttery characters, and that really inspired us to fuse these notes with other flavour profiles and textures.”

Each canapé utilises the finest seasonal produce, and has been developed to match each individual cocktail.

“After seeing Salon de Martini in action earlier this year, we’re thrilled to be able to put our own spin on and bring it to life here at Vine,” says Vine general manager, Mikee Collins. “With innovative Grey Goose cocktails, paired canapé dishes and our French Riviera-inspired décor and outdoor area, we have no doubt Salon at Vine will be the perfect spot to enjoy summer.”
