One Australian winery exhibiting at ProWein 2012 believes that the higher Australian dollar may actually help the positioning and reputation of our wine exports.

According to Paxton Wines export manager, Paul Limpus, independent wine retailers, particularly in markets such as the UK, are now forced to compare Australian wines against those of a similar price point from the European market, helping shake the tag as being 'cheap annd cheerful'.
