The Hugos Group is looking a little bigger this week, with their latest venture set to open its doors in Sydney today.
The new venue, Hugos Manly, will open on Manly Wharf and will seat around 250 people, making it twice the size of its parent restaurant, Hugo’s Bar Pizza in Kings Cross.
A Hugos’ staff member said the menu will reflect the waterfront location. "This one will have more of a fresh seafood focus than the original Hugos. But the pizzas that we’re famous for will still be available, of course,” the staff member said.
Hugos Manly will also feature a cocktail menu put together by the award-winning bar team.
