In an industry first, the Australian Liquor Stores Association (ALSA) has formed a corporate partnership with Intermedia – publishers of TheShout and National Liquor News.
The partnership recognises the first agreement of its kind between the two companies and will deliver mutual benefits to the stakeholders within both organisations.
“The corporate partner membership agreement will assist ALSA with a significant increase in exposure to our stakeholders,” ALSA CEO Terry Mott said.
“TheShout and National Liquor News will become the official publications of ALSA and Intermedia will be supporting the sharing of insights from the new ALSA-IRI State of the Industry Report at roadshows across the country over the coming months,” he added.
Intermedia managing director, Simon Grover, said he is looking forward to the mutual benefits that will develop from a closer relationship with ALSA.
“Intermedia’s publications TheShout and National Liquor News share ALSA’s goal of supporting the off-premise liquor retailing sector.
“We are very proud to be recognised as a Corporate Member of ALSA and we look forward to promote its key industry messages to the trade as well as their membership programs and events including the annual ALSA Conference, ALSA Retail Insights, ALSA Train as well as one of the most comprehensive industry research projects – the ALSA-IRI State of the Industry Report.”
