Today marks the first day of Pacific Beverages being integrated into the Carlton & United Brewers (CUB) business following the termination of the joint venture between SABMiller and Coca-Cola Amatil.

CCA sold its 50 per cent interest in Pacific Beverages to SABMiller for $305 million as part of the brewer's acquisiton of Foster's.

All Pacific Beverages brands, which included Bluetongue, Peroni and Grolsch, are now sold and distributed by Carlton & United Brewers.
