James Boag Brewery is thrilled to announce that St George 3.5 will be rolling out in bottle shops across Tasmania, following its successful launch in the on-premise.
St George 3.5 was initially introduced at select Tasmanian venues in the summer months, and the growing demand for mid-strength beer means the first new brew from Boag’s since 2018 is now in over 90 venues.
John Burchill, Lion’s Tasmanian State Sales Manager, expressed his enthusiasm for the overwhelming positive reception, stating, “We are so pleased to see the release of St George 3.5 resonate with so many Tasmanians.
“Lion is proud to have been the custodian of Boag’s for many years, and as this new release shows we are continuing to invest and innovate to ensure we continue to meet the needs of our customers and consumers here in Tasmania.”
He added: “Over 90 venues across Tasmania now have St George 3.5 on tap. We are delighted to roll out St George 3.5 in bottle shops, so that our drinkers can now enjoy this mid strength classic at home,” said John Burchill.
Boag’s St George 3.5 is now available in bottles at select bottle shops, with cans to come soon.
