Successful Australian wine company seeks General Manager to lead and direct their National Field Sales team.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a well established successful wine group and build new platforms of sales effectiveness programs across the business.
Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Head, you will manage a team of 4 State Sales Managers, 1 National On Premise Manager and 1 Sales Coordinator. You will lead and direct this team, supporting them with sales tools to diagnose their sales effectiveness. You will prepare 3 year customer and channel plans and set the direction for the National Field Sales team.
