Winemakers’ Federation of Australia (WFA) president, Bruce Kemp, has advised that he is stepping down early for health reasons.

Kemp’s term was due to end in November.

The WFA Board will meet on September 2 to elect a new president.

Until then, vice presidents Phil Laffer, George Wahby and Peter Schultz will undertake the functions of president.

The WFA board and executive extended its thanks to Kemp for his contribution and leadership and wished him well for the future.
