Kingston Estate Wines has appointed Adelaide-based Empire Liquor as sole distributor for its brands in South Australia and the Northern Territory.
“We are extremely excited to have the opportunity to work with Empire Liquor,” said Kingston Estate’s Bill Moularadellis.
“As a family owned winery, we were looking to develop a long term relationship with a like-minded distribution partner. Empire Liquor has similar values to us and understands the importance of developing relationships with retail and restaurant/café customers, through a core group of experienced and respected employees.”
Empire Liquor was originally established in 1978 and is owned by Brenton Quirini.
“Kingston Estate Wines and the Moularadellis family are reputable and committed wine growers,” said Quirini.
“Being one of the largest family owned winemakers in Australia they are able to respond decisively to opportunities within the market and this provides us with products relevant to retailers and restaurateurs.”
