A new Sydney venue comprising a cocktail lounge, supper club and cabaret room will host its official opening tomorrow night.

The Piano Room is the sister venue of the Trademark hotel, a nightclub that opened in November under Kings Cross’ iconic Coca-Cola sign.

Like its counterpart, the Piano Room will cater to patrons in the 30-plus bracket with a sophisticated approach to customer service. Hostesses will offer seated guests a selection of classic cocktails and an elegant food menu incorporating portions conducive to sharing.

The Piano Room’s décor features polished ebony marble, turquoise carpet, lamp shades and black lacquer feature walls interspersed with gold branding to create the feeling of a stately living room.

The Piano Room will offer live entertainment seven nights a week, starting with a classic cocktail hour by resident pianist Scott Finney. Guest artists will follow with daily jazz, soul, rhythm and blues performances.

The Piano Room will trade daily from 5:00pm. For bookings call 02 9326 0633,
