Hickson House is the latest bar offering from leading Sydney bar group Barrelhouse and is also home to the Hickson House distillery, which is brewing its own mash as well as distilling gin and whisky.

Now the Barrelhouse team is opening its doors to the trade later this month. So you can head down to the bar and distillery for details on everything that is happening in The Rocks’ latest venue.

Learn how to make whisky and gin, see the stills in action, taste the venue’s cocktails and food and also get an exclusive sneak peek at upcoming new releases from the distilling team.

Taking place on Tuesday 26 April from 2pm to 6pm, guests will receive a G&T on arrival, a cocktail, gin tasting flight which will include the Hickson House Harbour Strength Gin plus a 15-minute ‘learn to make gin & whisky’ tour.
