Sydney's Zanzibar Newtown (Large Venue) and Perth's Frisk Small Bar (Small Venue) took out the fourth annual 2014 SouthTrade International Liquid Miles event, held on Monday June 30 at The Soda Factory in Sydney.
The trade incentive event recognises achievements in small and large venues in volume of stock used, unique cocktails made and how each venue recommends and explains to customers how and why each Southtrade product was used in their cocktail.
The winning Liquid Miles teams include: Raymond Daniel, Richard White of Zanzibar; and Michael Cheang and Juanita Anselmo of Frisk Small Bar.
Both winning teams will head to the USA next week for the 12th annual Tales of the Cocktail (July 16-20) held in New Orleans followed by a visit to Buffalo Trace Distillery in Kentucky and the Finest Call headquarters in Indiana.
