Independent on-premise venue managers and owners are being encouraged to provide feedback on the service they receive from key suppliers in the Liquor Pulse ‘On-Premise: Supplier Service Satisfaction Survey’ which was launched in the August edition of Australian Hotelier magazine.

Liquor Pulse research provides access to high-quality and truly independent analysis for the ever changing and evolving independent liquor channel.

This research provides vital industry feedback to major liquor suppliers so that they can better understand the needs and wants of on-premise businesses.

Australian Hotelier and Liquor Pulse Research have called upon the owner/ manager of on-premise business to consider completing the survey in order to have their say in improving the level of service you received from suppliers.

The combined and collective feedback will assist liquor suppliers in the clear understanding of business situations and insights for future industry services standards.
