The Australian Liquor Stores Association, in conjuction with the LSA WA, is presenting a breakfast briefing of the ALSA-IRI State of the Industry Report to WA retailers and trade stakeholders later this month.

The briefing commences at 7.30am on Thursday 25 August at the Gershwins Room of the Hyatt Regency Hotel on Adelaide Terrace in Perth.

The inaugural report was launched earlier this year and builds on last year's Australian Retail Liquor Market Insights report. The State of the Industry Report provides details on the overall size, health and trends within Australia’s liquor retailing industry.

Speaking at the launch earlier this year, ALSA president Guiseppe Minissale urged every retailer to read the report, "I was staggered by the level of detail within the report. It has got so much basic information, but it has also got some gems in there," Minissale said.

The breakfast briefing is free to attend for LSA WA members and trade stakeholders, but pre-registration is essential. The LSA WA told TheShout: "WA liquor retailers should register for the breakfast ASAP. There is limited seating and places are filling up fast."

Anyone wishing to attend the LSA WA State of the Industry Report presentation and panel should contact the association via the info@lsawa.asn.au email or phone on 08 9321 5022.
