Matso’s Nightlife, a new range from the Western Australian ginger beer brand, includes a stronger ginger beer expression, and a ginger beer flavoured with rum and lime.

Matso’s Brand Manager, Olivia Waters, says the new releases are inspired by Matso’s original ginger beer.

“The Matso’s Nightlife range is 100 per cent inspired by our original. We’ve taken that zesty, zingy and refreshing flavour that drinkers love, and given them a little extra with six percent ABV,” Waters says.

“There’s no hiding it, Matso’s Nightlife is the perfect match for when the sun goes down,” she continues.

The new releases come at a time when the ginger beer category is going from strength to strength, as Waters explains.

“The ginger beer category is continuing to find new fans and grow rapidly. Ginger Beer and Premium Premix are two of the fastest growing segments in alcohol, so Nightlife is the perfect opportunity to capitalise on the growth from both categories,” Waters adds.

The new expressions are gluten free, vegan friendly and available in both six and four packs of 330ml cans. Currently, Matso’s Nightlife is only available in WA, but there are plans to roll the products out to the eastern states in the coming months.
