The Champagne Bureau will provide Melbourne’s hospitality trade the opportunity to participate in a series of Champagne master classes at the Restaurant 09 Melbourne tradeshow next week.
Former Vin de Champagne Award winners Kate McIntyre, Christian Maier and Martin Williams will present tastings during the two-day exhibition and invite the audience to discuss a range of Champagnes to showcase the diversity and styles available in the Australian marketplace.
Two master classes will be held in the Wine World exhibit at Restaurant 09 and hosted by Wine Writer Dan Sims. The first session will be held on Wednesday (Jun 17) at 3:30pm. The second session will be held on Thursday (Jun 18), also at 3:30pm.
