Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels has been appointed exclusively to offer for sale the Mermaid Beach Tavern, located on the Gold Coast by way of Tender. The 2,271 sqm (approximate) site provides excellent street exposure to pedestrian and vehicular traffic along the Gold Coast Highway.

This twin storey tavern is prominently located on the corner of the Gold Coast Highway and Crescent Avenue. Built on the north east aspect of the large site, the Hotel is surrounded by approximately 45 car park spaces at grade.
The upper level of the tavern boasts an entertainment/lounge bar incorporating a large dance-floor area with a retractable roof and an area suitable for separate functions.
