Blue Mountains brewery Mountain Culture Beer Co. has partnered with B2B platform Kaddy following recent production expansion.

Since its foundation in 2019, Mountain Culture Beer Co. (located in Emu Plains, Western Sydney) has enjoyed extraordinary success. In 2020, Beer and Brewer named Mountain Culture Australia’s ‘Best New Brewery’.

A year later, the brewery’s ‘Be Kind Rewind’ NEIPA expression was voted as the fifth best Pale Ale worldwide, and the best in Australia on popular beer ranking website, Untappd. This popularity has translated to sales too, with the brewery recording ‘triple-digit growth’.

As Adam Browne, Mountain Culture’s National Sales Manager explains, the success has been matched by production expansion.

“Now we’ve opened the second brewery, our production capacity has increased to a level that supports our trade growth plans, and we see Kaddy as the perfect wholesale partner to help bring more Mountain Culture beer to thirsty Australians.”

Kaddy is one of Australia’s leading B2B platforms, servicing more than 2,500 trade venues nationwide, with a particular focus on craft beverages.

“Partnering with Kaddy was the logical next step to expand our product reach,” Browne adds.

Kaddy Co-Founder, Rich Coombes, is enthusiastic about the partnership’s potential.

“We’re super excited to have Mountain Culture onboard as they expand their wholesale reach and simplify their route to market.”

“Supporting local breweries and helping them grow is the foundation on which Kaddy was built,” Coombes adds.

Mountain Culture’s entire core range and limited releases will be available on the Kaddy marketplace platform, which now features over 13,000 products and was recently reorganised under the new ownership of DW8.

The brewery’s Limited Release products are also available on the marketplace, with Mountain Culture’s products going live late last month.

“Venues and liquor retailers across Australia will have an easy way to get their hands on [Mountain Culture’s] brews and delight their customers,” Coombes concludes.
