Mr Pink, an innovative range of “wellness beverages” originating in Los Angeles, US, has launched into Sydney and Melbourne today.

Mr. Pink Beverages Australia was founded by Shane Howard, who has a background hotel management in Melbourne.

Howard says he fell in love with the Mr Pink products after discovering their unique flavour profile and many health benefits.

“Our mission at Mr Pink Beverages is to finally give consumers the choice of a healthy alternative to the sugary caffeinated soft drink market we have bestowed upon us currently,” he said.

Launching this summer in Australia are four products starting with Mr Pink Ultragold Caffeine free, which is powered by 1600 mg of healthy ginseng as well as containing a full vitamin B hit.

“With only 70 calories and zero from fat this is truly the holy grail of energy boosts,” says Howard.

The other three Mr Pink products are ginseng-infused sparkling iced teas, all of which contain vitamin B6 and B12 and vitamin C and are naturally sweetened with only 70 calories per serve.

The creators say Mr Pink will be suited to a wide range of consumption occasions, given that the drink’s contents can boost immunity, combat fatigue, calm the mind, improve mental clarity and increase physical endurance.

As such Mr Pink Beverages Australia will be looking to range the product in outlets as varied as gyms, nightclubs and restaurants and cafes.

Mr Pink Ultragold can be consumed either on its own or mixed with vodka or rum.
