Naked Malt is giving away three off-grid ‘staycations’ around Australia to competition winners.

Scotch whisky brand, Naked Malt, previously known as ‘Naked Grouse’, is giving Australians the chance to go ‘off-grid’ at three of Australia’s most famous destinations with its ‘Live Naked Experience’.

This competition offers winners a ‘trip of a lifetime’ to one of three locations, including: ‘a five star experience at picturesque Uluru, a unique stay in the majestic Hunter Valley and a stunning architectural marvel on the South Coast.’

Yvette Harapa, Naked Malt’s Brand Manager, believes the competition is all the more exciting given on-going uncertainty surrounding international travel.

“Our Live Naked experience could not come at a more suitable time.”

“Whilst international borders are finally reopening for Australians, international travel is still quite challenging and stressful based on various restrictions,” Harapa commented.

“We want Australians to recharge, go off the grid and ‘Live Naked’ through experiences that only Naked Malt can provide.”

Drinkers can enter the competition by purchasing a bottle of Naked Malt from independent liquor retail stores, after which they can enter a code found on the bottle to engage in an online quiz. This quiz will reveal the drinker’s preferences (whether they prefer an ‘active’, ‘creative’ or ‘relaxed’ holiday) and help to tailor the eventual winner’s experience.

During the Live Naked experience, the winner will enjoy tastings, locally sourced food pairings and masterclasses accompanying Naked Malt whisky. All major prizes include accommodation, hospitality, flights and transfers.

Aside from the main prize, there are up to 60 Camplify caravan, motorhome or campervan vouchers to be won.

Naked Malt is owned by Scotland’s Edrington Group, and was previously known as ‘Naked Grouse’ as part of the company’s range of Famous Grouse whisky blends. The brand became a blended malt in 2017, and was rebranded as ‘Naked Malt’ last year. The whisky itself contains spirit from the illustrious Macallan, Highland Park and Glenrothes distilleries, and has been matured in first-fill Oloroso Sherry casks.

The ‘Live Naked’ Competition runs 11:59pm AEST on June 23 2022. The winner will be drawn on the 27th of June 2022.
