Tasmanian whisky distillery Nant Estate has filed an application with the New South Wales liquor regulator to open a 60-capacity small bar on York Street, Sydney.
Nant has whisky bars in Salamanca, Brisbane, Fortitude Valley and Melbourne, with plans also underway for the distillery’s first international premises in London.
The premises under application in Sydney is Ferrier Hare House, Level 2, 55 York Street.
