NED Australian Whisky has unveiled a special editions Queensland Maroons Blend to celebrate the brand’s second year as the Official Whisky Partner of the Maroons.

Released ahead of the 2022 State of Origin the NED Maroons Blend features a limited-edition Maroons label, with only 450 bottles exclusively available online through NED.

The whisky has been distilled from a bourbon-style mash-bill of corn, wheat and barley and matured in American oak, taking the best of bourbon and single malt production to create a distinctively Australian drop. The whisky contains 100 per cent Australian grains and is distilled and matured in Victoria.

In addition to the Maroons Blend NED is celebrating the Maroons partnership with Queensland fans and QRL community through several activities.

The NED Scrum Pack has launched in all good independent liquor shops in Queensland and northern New South Wales. One of these packs has the NED Golden Can which will provide one lucky drinker a VIP money can’t buy State of Origin experience.

NED is also sponsoring monthly exclusive content from both coaches, Billy Slater and Tahnee Norris and players that embody NED’s daring, never-say-die attitude through sponsorship of the Queenslander of the Week and QRL Community Coach Awards.

The NED Scrum Pack features six 375ml cans of NED Australian Whisky. A mixed selection of four NED & Cola 6% and NED & Dry, each pack comes with a free NED stubby holder.

One pack will include the NED Golden Can which will gift one lucky NED fan a VIP experience to State of Origin Game 3.

There are also 10 Silver Passes to be redeemed by those who purchase the NED Scrum Pack and register through https://maroons.nedwhisky.com.au.
