Little Creatures has launched the latest of its Single Batch beers as well as an updated version of the Bright Ale.
Dubbed 'The Rule of Three', the latest Single Batch combines two styles, a Belgian Dubbel and an English Bitter, which were dry hopped with Styrian Goldings.
We think the result is a more balanced beer, harmonising three of our favourite things… assertive hops, biscuity malt and spicy, phenolic yeast," Creatures said.
A repackaged Little Creatures Bright Ale with an improved recipe also hit the market in recent weeks.
"We wanted Bright to be a tad hoppier, but not too bitter, so we've switched up the hop profile and included Liberty, Crystal, Summer and Pacifica," the brewer said.
