Premier Venues hotel group has opened its fourth craft beer-themed restaurant and bar in Marayong in Sydney’s outer west.

Designed by New Zealand-based design firm, 3 Bald Men, the Brewhouse features old-style timber bars, Chesterfield lounges, brewing memorabilia, an array of entertainment facilities and spacious common and function areas. The design combines natural materials like timber and stone with modern lighting and audio/visual equipment to create a comfortable and relaxing family environment.

“This customised concept is proving to be very successful and a favourite with customers from all walks of life,” said 3 Bald Men Australia director, Bruce Mansfield.

The Brewhouse at Marayong is open for lunch and dinner seven days a week and targets consumers who do not frequent pubs and pub-goers wanting to go out with their families. All Brewhouse venues offer a children’s menu and have an outdoor playground area.

Premier Venues’ Brewhouses can also be found at St Mary’s and Belmore in western Sydney, and Rangiora in New Zealand.
