Coca-Cola Amatil (CCA) has named a former Brown-Forman and Casella Wines executive as its new general manager of sales for New South Wales.

Effective from Monday, Andy Bower will join the CCA team, in an integral role that will focus on driving growth across the entire CCA portfolio in NSW.

Bower said he was looking forward to commencing his new role next week.

"To join CCA and work with such an iconic portfolio of brands is very exciting," he said.

"More importantly for me is the opportunity to work with and learn from the talented teams at CCA who have consistently delivered superior results. The challenge is to keep delivering those results."

Most recently, Bower was at Casella Wines in the role of global sales manager, responsible for the sales and distribution of the winery's portfolio in over 50 countries.

Prior to Casella, Bower was with Brown-Forman in the role of sales director.

Pernod-Ricard Australia (PRA) has also welcomed a new team member, with Jamie Terrell taking on the role of on-premise strategy manager.

Working alongside Ben Davidson, PRA's brand education manager, Terrell will be responsible for refining and delivering PRA’s on-premise brand education program.

"I'm really excited to have a kindred spirit like Jamie join our team at Pernod Ricard Australia", said Davidson.

"Jamie brings his immense experience with brands and the on-premise to the table and will add valuable insight into the way we activate our brands and engage with the on-trade".

Terrell has most recently worked on Hendrick's Gin with William Grant & Sons Australia and has also been involved across the Sagatiba cachaça and Plymouth Gin brands in both the US and European markets.
