New look bottle labels, cans, cartons and cluster packs of Coopers Clear will be hitting the market across Australia over the next few weeks, as the brand refreshes its packaging for summer.
The new blue label with silver tones has been designed to emphasise the freshness and sessionability of Coopers Clear and also highlight the beer’s low carbohydrate credentials. The new packaging will also ensure that the beer is easily recognisable as a Coopers.
Cam Pearce, the national sales and marketing director for Coopers said: “Coopers Clear is a crisp, full flavoured lager with the bonus of having a lower carbohydrate content compared with other full strength lagers.
“Since its introduction, it has established a strong position in the market and is currently our fourth biggest selling beer behind Coopers Original Pale Ale, Sparkling Ale and Mild Ale 3.5 per cent.
“However, after five years we thought the time was right to revisit and refresh the label.
“After extensive research, Adelaide firm On-Creative designed a striking new look that stands out in the market place and strongly reflects Coopers Clear as an easy drinking summer beer.”
Coopers Clear was introduced in 2010 as a full strength, low carb beer and Pearce added that the Coopers brewery was currently working at full capacity in preparation for the busy summer and Christmas period.
