New establishment Shear is to open in Sydney’s north west next month providing a luxury venue for the region.
The establishment aims to offer to the area a quality destination for live entertainment, corporate lunches, functions and tailored events.
The Shear team will include event, entertainment and social director and host Jason Hirt, executive chef Angelo Velante, sommelier Jeff Long and mixologist Kurt Pascoe.
The exclusive establishment is to be launched in mid-September.
