A new off-premise start-up retail brand has entered the Melbourne market with a three-year lease signed this week.

Liquor&Things is located at 7 Exhibition Street in Melbourne and is a 60-square metre shopfront with good access to foot traffic and corporate offices.

According to the agent who leased the property, Jock Thomson from Savills Australia, the store will be run by a young married couple and another individual and the business is not currently aligned to any buying group and should be trading within the next three to four weeks.

According to Thomson, the store has been leased for three years with two five year extensions with a net annual rental of approximately $60,000.
